The CMS should be able to: 
- Use **NLP** to understand news articles as they're entered
- Use **NER** to find patterns in the database.
- Match those patterns to topics.
- Match those topics to journalists.
- Suggest articles to journalists in realtime as new information comes in, regardless of where it comes from in the newsroom or network.
